Welcome to Medicat, your secure, confidential, HIPAA compliant health record system patient portal.  Please follow these two important steps to establish your Medicat user portal.

• Go to the FORMS Tab
• Locate First Year Required Forms
• Complete your Mental Health History Form
• This information is stored confidentially in Medicat and is accessed only by our licensed mental health practitioners on an as needed basis to provide you with any future behavioral health care.
• Locate Required Forms
• Texting Opt In/Opt Out Notification – We highly recommend that you enable the text message feature for upcoming Counseling and Wellness Services appointment reminders and updates:
• Follow instructions in the link to Opt In for text reminders about appointments
• This will enable us to send you text message appointment confirmations and reminders.
